Established in 1978, we have been involved in some of the most technical craftsmanship on the Monterey Peninsula. Our reputation has grown from the evidence that our people - from the Project Manager to the Apprentice Carpenter - share the desire and passion to build exceptionally. Our reputation for excellent collaboration has resulted in projects in Carmel, Pebble Beach, Monterra, Tehama, and The Santa Lucia Preserve.

The core employees of Groza Construction are specialists. Project Managers are proficient in communication, budgeting, and analysis, replete with a field experience to bolster their contributions. Foreman are master carpenters with a creative eye that provides insight and tolerates no inefficiency. This leadership results in efficient projects built to the highest standard.
